Psychologist FSP
(Psychotherapist in training)

I specialize in the person-centered approach (Carl Rogers).
I offer humanistic support that values your uniqueness and personal resources.
I also practice hypnopraxy, an integrative approach to hypnosis focused on emotions and clinical phenomenology.
I provide support for emotional issues, relationship difficulties, periods of transition, anxiety and depression, traumatic experiences, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

My work philosophy is based on the importance of connection; establishing a relationship of trust and empathy. My career and values are built around the belief that each person holds the keys to their own fulfillment.
I am here to help you discover them, move forward at your own pace, and effectively contribute to your well-being.

FSP Psychologist

As an FSP psychologist, I provide individual psychotherapy to adults for all types of psychological, emotional, or relationship issues. I have a particular sensitivity to issues related to relationships with oneself and others, relationship difficulties, and existential questions.

My practice is based on experiential approaches, and more specifically on the person-centered approach developed by Carl Rogers. This approach aims to support the development of autonomy and strengthen confidence in each person's ability to discern what is right for them. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of this approach: it provides a safe and supportive space that is conducive to exploring lived experiences and bringing about change.

My support is based on facilitating relational attitudes such as empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It draws on clinical experience in psychotherapy since 2022, as well as training in hypnopraxis, which is integrated when relevant.

I am particularly interested in relational issues, attachment processes, individuation and identity construction, as well as existential and spiritual questions. My practice is informed by phenomenological thinking, attentive to subjectivity, otherness, and the way in which the "I" unfolds in the encounter with the "You."

My experience in psychogeriatrics also enriches my support for people facing the challenges of aging, loss, and life transitions.

Abbas Kanani Psychologist and Psychotherapist

Psychologist and Psychotherapist

As a systemic psychologist, I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families who want to gain a different perspective on what they are going through.

My integrative approach offers a more active and personalized form of psychotherapy, drawing on tools from systemic therapy, psychotraumatology, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This approach allows us to build a therapeutic framework specifically tailored to your situation.

Whether you are going through a difficult period or facing a disorder that impacts your daily life, I will support you with kindness, respect, and safety, at your own pace.
