We only collect data that is necessary for the operation of the Site and for processing requests sent to us.

When you use our contact form, you may be required to provide:

- your email address,
- your phone number,
- any additional information you decide to include in your message.
We kindly ask you not to submit detailed medical information or unnecessary sensitive data via the form (see dedicated section).
2.2. Automatically collected data
When you browse the Site, certain technical data is collected automatically:
- IP address (partially anonymized),

- pages viewed,

- device used,
- usage statistics (via Google Analytics).
This data does not allow for the direct identification of an individual.
3. Sensitive data
As a psychiatric clinic, we are required to process certain sensitive data (data relating to mental health).
However:
- No detailed medical data is collected via this Site.
- medical exchanges are conducted exclusively by secure means outside the Site,
- The contact form should not be used to communicate complete clinical information.
Any sensitive data voluntarily submitted via the form will be treated with the level of confidentiality and security required by the PDA.
4. Purposes of processing
The data is processed solely for the following purposes:
- respond to requests sent via the contact form,
- handle the administrative or organizational follow-up of an appointment,
- ensure the technical functioning of the Site,
- analyze traffic to the Site via Google Analytics,

- strict limitation of persons authorized to view received messages,
- backups and security tools guaranteed by our service providers.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing.

- right to erasure where legally possible,
- right to obtain information about processing,
- right to object in the event of non-mandatory processing.

The data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak).
Certain technical data may be processed outside Switzerland by Google Analytics, in accordance with their contractual commitments and equivalent protection guarantees.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version is the one published on the Site on the date indicated at the top of the document.
